About Learn2Care
A Barton Care initiative
Learn2Care is the online training platform of Barton Care — a nurse-led healthcare staffing agency operating across aged care, home care, and NDIS in Melbourne and regional Victoria. We built Learn2Care because we saw a gap: compliance training that was either too expensive, too generic, or too boring. Every Barton Care worker completes Learn2Care training before their first shift. Now we're making the same training available to care professionals and organisations across Australia. Our courses are short (10–15 minutes), video-based, and aligned with current Australian legislation including the Aged Care Act 2024, the Strengthened Quality Standards, and the NDIS Practice Standards.
Purpose-built by a nurse-led agency with 45 years of combined clinical experience
Short, video-based modules with avatar-led delivery, subtitles, and a quiz at the end. Designed for busy workers who need compliance training that fits around shifts — not full-day classroom sessions.
Certificate of completion for every course. 11 free core compliance courses. Specialist courses from $19. Bundles available for aged care, home care, and NDIS pathways.
Barton Care has 45 years of combined clinical experience and has supported over 2,000 care professionals. Our training content has been developed by experienced nurses and compliance specialists.

The Aged Care Code of Conduct is a legal requirement under the Aged Care Act 2024. It describes 8 behaviours expected of all aged care workers, including treating people with dignity, acting safely and competently, and speaking up about concerns. We offer a free course covering the Code in detail.
SIRS stands for the Serious Incident Response Scheme. It requires aged care providers to identify, record, and report serious incidents including abuse, neglect, and unexplained death. Our free SIRS Fundamentals course covers all 8 reportable incident types, Priority 1 and Priority 2 classifications, and your reporting obligations.
The 7 Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards replaced the previous 8 standards on 1 November 2025 under the Aged Care Act 2024. They are more detailed, more measurable, and built around the rights of older people. Our free course gives workers a practical overview of all 7 standards.
NDIS registered providers must ensure workers understand their obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct, the NDIS Practice Standards, and incident management requirements. Learn2Care offers specialist NDIS courses covering the Code of Conduct, reportable incidents, dignity of risk, restrictive practices, and more.
As our courses are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a course, contact us within 7 day using the Contact page on this site.
Many aged care and NDIS workers use Learn2Care courses to meet annual refresher requirements in areas like infection control, fire safety, manual handling, WHS, and SIRS. Our certificates include your name, the course title, and the completion date — suitable for your training records and employer compliance audits.
